Technology Setup

BDM employs the latest third generation technology in all of its products and processes in collaboration with FELICE MANDRESSI ITALIA, a leading manufacturer of air separation plants from Italy. Use of latest technology has reduced the working pressure of our plants to 5-7 bar, thus reducing the power consumption and maintenance level to a great extent.

We use Rotary Screw type Air Compressors of Atlas Copco and a very efficient Air Separation Column (Cold Box) for achieving 99.9% yield to give a waste nitrogen purity of nitrogen gas at the outlet of the cold box as low as 3 parts per million. These are all handled by a team of highly experienced and dedicated cryogenic engineers.
